BSU Fraternity Alpha Kappa Lambda (AKL) has been suspended by the university.

CBS2 reached out to BSU for comment, and a representative of the university told us;

"Boise State University’s conduct board met in December to address an ongoing pattern of problematic behavior by the fraternity Alpha Kappa Lambda, a culmination of fraternity infractions related to alcohol and hazing. The committee has decided to institute a four-year suspension of the fraternity. As this is related to organizational conduct, students involved in the fraternity will not face further discipline. Boise State is committed to creating a safe environment for all students."

The university has not said what specific incidents led up to the suspension, only that "problematic behavior," including alcohol and hazing were an ongoing issue with the fraternity.

We will update this story as information becomes available.
